Five years have passed since the Shadow Pokemon incident had occurred, and now Orre's infamous criminal syndicate, Cipher, have made their comeback into shadowfying innocent Pokemon once again.
Randi, who had formerly saved the Orre region five years ago, is now met with the task of halting Cipher's operations for a second time in a row. However, she soon finds herself catching intense feelings with Cipher's second in command and elite admin, Eldes.
Eldes, who very well reciprocates her feelings, is destined to save her from impending doom, just as Randi is destined to save Eldes from his imprisoned status within the spaces of Cipher's headquarters.
