Challenge repost no. 4 Reposted from @llamaletters - Happy New Year my friends! For January (my birthday month) I'm choosing a couple of topics for the LLLEDD and Rando Doodles challenges that were big for me at certain ages of my life. . For the lettering challenge, we are doing RENT! I was 16 when RENT first premiered and I was hooked. I've seen it three times on stage, once on Broadway, and I would say it is my favorite musical of all time. (Plus, RENT Live is happening at the end of the month on Fox. I have some mixed feelings about it, to be sure. haha) . For the doodles we are doing three of my favorite Don Bluth movies - The Land Before Time, The Secret of NIMH and An American Tail. I'm an 80s baby - these movies were HUGE in my household when I was a kid! . As usual, to participate, letter or doodle the prompts wherever you want, however you want each day. The point is to practice a little every damn day. If you want to share on social media, use the hashtags #llleverydamnday and #randodoodles . Don't be hard on yourself if you don't like your lettering or doodling. @Regran_ed from @llamaletters - Accio lettering/doodling prompts! This month we are doing some Harry Potter shit up in this business. I keep seeing the movies on TV so I took it as a sign. For lettering we will be lettering Harry Potter spells, and the doodles are different items in the HP universe. This should hopefully satisfy my kids' demand that I incorporate Harry Potter into my online life at least once a year. lol .
