Hi! Random but I got a few messages after my working out with Dean imagine from people asking if I worked out and how I find motivation for it. If you would like to further your own health (and mental health for myself personally) but have no idea where to start or stuff is too hard, my biggest thing is find ten minutes in a week where you can walk or even step in place. Just try it once a week. The next week, try adding another day. After that, try bumping it up to fifteen minutes. The next week add another day. The week after that, try bumping up to twenty minutes. Over the course of a month you’ve gone from zero to sixty minutes a week of exercise which you can also keep increasing. I’ve also found the schedule and consistency in following it is harder than the exercising itself. Start small and bump it up over time. Once you’ve carved out these little pockets of time for you time, you can increase your intensity and change up walking for other activities and it’ll get easier. Start really small to not get overwhelmed and slowly increasing is my best advice for staying motivated!
