Fill out incident reports.
In adults most common workplac injury is musculoskeletal. Most Common death in toddlers is drowning.
WRONG MED
stop admin immediately and notify the provider. If the provider is unavailable then contact the charge nurse. Fill out paperwork according to hospital.
UAPs: can do: Skin care, ROM exercises, ambulation and grooming. Cannot do colostomy irrigation or tube feedings.
LPNs: Dressing changes, Suctioning, Urinary Cath, Meds
