i have seen "Faith tied up Joyce" alot on tumblr. but in 4x15 This Year's Girl - Joyce is never tied up. at least we don't see it. she sits on the bed with her ankles and wrists together, but there is no evidence she is actually tied up. her hands move at some point, from above her knees to below. and once Buffy and Faith start fighting, Joyce rolls over to the edge of the bed to reach the phone to call the cops.
