Okay! So I was thinking of Jaspisdot and... well, their bed habits!
Like for Jasper I see her as a blanket hog and Lapis and Peridot have to use her hair as a blanket. And since she sleeps like the dead she never notices till the next morning and she has the worst bed hair known to man. She’s also a grumbler, rather than snoring like normal people she’ll grumble instead, and it spooks the hell out of Lapis and Peridot if they’re really relaxed.
Who’s the kicker in their sleep? Peridot; she looks like she’s chasing something in her dreams like a dog would. Which causes Lapis to snicker and stifle her giggles while she’s watching. Let it be known that sometimes Peridot is dangerous in her sleep, she tends to kick the hell out of the closest Gem near her, Jasper and Lapis are so use to the habit that they sometimes keep a pillow between them just in case.
Who’s the sleep talker? Lapis, she’ll say the damnedest things such like “Unipigs are one of a kind” sort of shit, Peridot is also a light sleeper when she’s not attempting football punts so she often wakes up to Lapis mumbling in her sleep and she’ll just grin. Sometimes, if she wants to get back at her, she’ll start talking to her while she’s sleeping and watch how Lapis reacts to it. Example: P: “You’re on fire!” L: “But I’m water!” P: *Wheezy snickering for the next ten minuets straight*
Who hogs the bed? Lapis and Peridot! Jasper sometimes have to wait a few minutes for them to argue who’s going to sleep in the middle, Peridot often wins...
Who’s the one that cuddles? Jasper hands down, if she isn’t hogging the blanket she’ll just throw an arm over Lapis and Peridot and hug then close like teddy bears.
And then I had this weird image of Lapis chewing on a pillow in her sleep with Peridot sleeping with one of her legs in the air and Jasper is just watching with a happy smile. J: They’re too cute when they’re asleep!
Then I basically died from cuteness overload...
