i feel like to a degree, randy and tatum considered each other actual friends, aside from just being stuck in the same friend group. and what would be their common ground? their dislike for billy. sidney’s dating so he doesn’t expect her to shit talk him, and as stu grows closer to billy he’d probably defend him more and more to randy (much to his annoyance). tatum would be the one whose feelings towards billy were the closest to his.
tatum would still think he and his whole thing with the horror movies is sort of creepy, she’d just be slightly less creeped out by him compared to billy (especially once the murders start or even after maureen was murdered, depending on when billy’s demeanor first started to change)
