Random Thought is Random: Ranma 1/2 Pregnancy Edition
So I'm making breakfast while I've got a fanfic in a screen-reader in my ears and it's one of the "Ranma gets pregnant" fics that show up every few months or so in the fandom. This one is pretty darn good and touches on the depth and emotional load such a fic deserves while still delivering the requisite smutty scenes of the process of getting a girl pregnant through natural(??? ...it's Ranma 1/2 with Jusenkyo magic, so is it "natural"?) means, and the image just flashed in my head that I WISH I had the art skill to make:
Ranma, very visibly pregnant in girl form, sitting demurely on a stool on a stage. She's blushing slightly but (as always) is happy to be the center of attention. Meanwhile, all three wearing power suits, looking butch as FUCK and clearly gloating, are Akane, Ukyo, and Shampoo. Akane is holding a mic and clearly talking while on the screen behind her is a screen with a slide that says, "You CAN get a transgirl pregnant...and we have PROOF!"
Bonus scene: A shot of the audience, the three parents lined up next to each other. Soun is over-the-moon that the schools are clearly going to be joined. He cares NOT that it's...not how he would have expected, he gets a grandbaby and fulfills one of his lifelong dreams. Genma (a.k.a. - "The asshole") is looking incredibly grumpy as ALL of his plans have clearly been scuttled ("It wasn't supposed to go like THIS, damnit! Ranma was SUPPOSED to be a Manly Man...and now this?!"). Nodoka has had her, "Ranma must live up to being a manly man," circuit taken out to the back of her unconscious and shot by her, "GRANDBABIES?!?!" circuit and is every inch the eager, tearfully happy grandma-to-be.
I cannot stop giggling!
