It pains me how RoosterTeeth is allergic to character development. I must specify this is a Camp Camp specific rant, as I've never watched any of their other works- but my point still stand.

I know they've heavily developed max, David and Gwen, but it seems like every character other than the main ones don't get ANY development whatsoever- at least not permanent or important development.

This i HEAVY on Nurf, but even for Dolph and Harrison, they haven't properly grown. I'm not even going to mention Ered's entire lack of a character to begin with.

I understand the show is an adult comedy, but that doesn't mean the characters have to be so one-dimensional.

Like I said, especially with Nurf- any time this boy gets a sliver of character development, the very next moment he's back to punching and bullying people. It drives me crazy because it seems like the writers didn't care if people didn't like their characters!

This is definitely just further beating a dead horse because RoosterTeeth is long gone as a company, but every time I think about this show the way they handled specifically Nurf and Dolph as characters eats me alive, why would they do that!

why am i not allowing my friend aby to bring her gf to our hang outs anymore, a list:

-kept calling me by the wrong pronouns  -kept calling by the wrong pronouns someone who wasnt there and that at the time present they are using he pronouns, and I TOLD HER SO and she kept going

-recommended me that one anime that is 3 yakuzas getting sex change surgery and made into idols as a punishment, they tried to compare it to yakuza house husband in “how funny and wholesome it is” ???

at this arts and humanities phd event and we had a whole interactive edi talk (love edi, nothing against edi!) but we had to discuss how we can change universities so that there are less barriers and it was so what if the world was made of pudding. instead of talking about actual structural barriers like the fact most ppl cant afford to do phds without funding ppl were suggesting renaming admissions process to acceptance because the word 'admission' creates a power dynamic 😐... talking abt carbon footprint even though we, in scotland, were drinking plastic bottled highland water 😐... we should get rid of assessments entirely and people should just get qualifications based on attendance and passion 😐... The implication too was that academia is the only valid source of knowledge which is also incredibly elitist and ridiculous. Argh! Being left wing withour pragmatism is why the right is more succesful! What's the point in us in our academic echo chamber sitting around for an hour discussing this ideal world, rather than actually consider how to implement real change? All ran a funding body that absolutely slashed funding anyway so even less people can afford to sit around wanking! If my grandma had two wheels she'd be a bicycle!

When there are actual concerns about the game - i.e. the content itself, the lack of content, mistranslations, etc. - no boycott

When there are issues about certain aspects of the game - i.e. KOD is still broken, lighting issues, lack of free dias for F2P, etc. - no boycott

When there are legitimate reasons to boycott - there is NO boycott!

But when you don’t get the “confirmation” you wanted about the LI’s sexuality - it’s a GODDAMN RIOT!!!

When you see that NOT ONLY cis straight women play an “otome” game - you are foaming at the mouth?
