Thinking about old people using Facebook and other apps just makes my stomach churn sometimes.
Like. Literally. My grandmother, the other day, oh my godddd. So. The healthcare system our local hospital now uses requires all patients to use an app for their health stuff. (I haven't signed up despite needing to because wtf I'm not using an APP for my personal health shit wtf?)
So, my grandma, on her iPhone, tried to sign up for the health app. She opened the app and signed up for it thinking it was the healthcare app, but it WASN'T. It was FACEBOOK. She literally got on the Facebook app and signed up for a new account thinking she was using the healthcare app. 😑😑😑😑😑😑 Like holy fucking shit why are they expecting the elderly to be capable of this type of technology. Goddamn. Garbage healthcare system. Garbage.
Certain elderly elderly people should be banned from using social media. Yes, I agree, it's not something she should have access to because JFC it would be so easy to ruin her life.
