If I Rapid Hybridization an ink-treader nephilim will it cause the game to draw due to an infinite loop

No. Ink-Treader Nephilim’s ability will only trigger once: at the time Rapid Hybridization is cast. That triggered ability will go on the stack ahead of Rapid Hybridization.

When the trigger resolves, it will put a bunch of copies of Rapid Hybridization on the stack targeting all the creatures that are on the battlefield and targetable at that time. (None of the tokens that will later be created by any of the Hybridizations are around yet.) Those copies will resolve one at a time.

When the dust settles, what you’ll have is all the targetable creatures that were on the battlefield originally (including the Nephilim) will be destroyed, and each player will have a number of 3/3 Frog Lizard tokens equal to the number of targetable creatures they originally controlled.

It’s not an infinite loop because nothing causes the Ink-Treader Nephilim’s ability to trigger again and repeat. It’ll all happen once, play out step by step, and then be over.
