Before tumblr I thought I was the only one over here giving myself a pep talk to just. MAKE A PHONE CALL. apparently I need a job where I gotta do it all day too so it becomes nbd!

like honestly at first i was Full Terror but then i spent a year talking down panicked applicants and it has truly chilled me out when it comes to answering phone calls (at work at least.........calling people is still another matter) because i know that in this conversation i am going to be the person freaking out the least and that HELPS
