just so u know conducter whiskers has two toys they like to use, the twisty rail and the cardboard choo choo, so you should put both of those toys out for maximum chances of getting them, i think you need to put out more expensive food to get xerxes xii and sassy fran, though sassy fran doesnt come very often even with the most expensive foods out

ive been putting sashimi out regularly... and sassy fran came the first time i put out ritzy bits without thinkin abt it ;-; i have the twisty rail but i cant pick up the cafe until sassy fran comes and xerxes only comes when im not checking BOOOOOO
