(ywkon; re: a stonesthrow, a happenschance, chapter 2)
may have either complicated or solved this by klaus stepping up and going okay sorry you can't just send a letter to jade. no obviously you can't travel with a newborn either. galea shut up for a second i'm going to go meet jade at hima because the only train into sylvarant from tethe'alla is in hima
-- and they know jade was in tethe'alla because alvis did so helpfully provide jade's address about the matter --
and now i'm like damn what if i put chapter 2 in klaus' pov. the way chapter 1 was solely in galea's. and that's becoming. um. really freaking tempting. oopsie.
anyway that's 2/5 complete ideas written for my ftpverse postgame thoughts, so i gotta post these fics now haha!!!! well, tomorrow, maybe, after work, i'll slap one up
me: okay, i'm going to post that snippet of a ywkon daemon au --
also me: [spends SEVERAL HOURS making a dw post about a stonesthrow, a happenschance instead]
writing a post-ATR ftpverse thing and i was waffling about what other vignettes i wanted to include in this "explorations of a theme" fic or whatever and i was waffling like augh this character already has a lot of scenes do we want too many scenes--
as if too many scenes is a problem??? it's postgame fluff???? it's maincast shipping snippets???? who freaking CAREESSSSSSSS especially with ftpverse, when has "oh god that character has too many scenes" ever stopped me BEFORE,
the silliest thing about trying to just no - brain write out some ftpverse postgame scenes is that sometimes my brain just swaps back to writing in past tense so i'm looking at this document like CAN I STAY IN A TENSE? PLEASE? PLEASE? CAN YOU JUST PICK ONE ???
phew i sat down and pounded out 700 words to one of my ftpverse postgame fics i've been chipping at and 1) that did fix me 2) felt great 3) IT'S GONNA SUCK A LITTLE BIT WHEN I FINISH ALL OF THESE LOLLLLLLL THEY'RE SO LOW BRAINPOWER. FUCKKKK
new mario continuity lore i'm deciding: maybe when you don't want to gender someone in this world you tend to go for "it". normalize it/its as neutral pronouns!!! fuck da police!!!!!!!!!!!
