For the ask meme: vinyl & rainstorms?

Vinyls: What is some of your favorite music?I don’t really have a favorite kind of music. I know that sounds cliché, but I grew up in a family of musicians and I was a violinist for about 7 years or so.I do have a good number of favorite musicians. I grew up with a lot of Édith Piaf and Buena Vista Social Club and other French, Italian, and Spanish songs. Lana Del Rey, the Civil Wars, and Ozaki Yutaka are some really strong favorites. I listen to a lot of Japanese songs as well. 

Rainstorms: What helps you fall asleep?I don’t really know. It’s been difficult for me to fall asleep lately. The sound of rain certainly helps. I like cuddling too. Even so, I’ve had a hard time sleeping for some time now.
