Yeah it is a whole lot of un-fun. So far he has said “this sucks” about 20 times today. Understatement of the year!!! And yeeek! Colon/lung issues no bueno.

Thank you sweetie! The doctors have high hopes. Like I said, he’s very young compared to most people who go through it. The physical therapist person from rehab came in and said he’d probably be at least 20-30 years younger than everyone else in his rehab classes. Most of them are heart attack/stroke/heart disease people. He’s nice and healthy by comparison.
His girlfriend texted and said he walked again and is using his breathing exercise thingy (what the hell are those things called anyway? I’m looking it up...) So good things!
