Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup buttermilk. 1 egg. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 1/2 cup fresh raspberries. Nutella for topping. Maple syrup for drizzling.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, and melted butter until well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don't overmix; a few lumps are okay. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries into the pancake batter. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil. Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
