Something about this man felt vaguely familiar, but Reinardt couldn’t quite put his finger on it. He had guesses but considering where he was and how many assumptions he’d already gotten wrong since his arrival he couldn’t be sure.

He didn’t want to file this man under ‘villain’ just by his appearance, but it would seem his accusations were correct.
