Rava Uttapam is a quick and easy South Indian breakfast dish made from semolina (rava) and yogurt.
Suji/Rava Uttapam Recipe
If you are not aware of south indian dish which is known as Uttapam , i will tell you that it is very famous and healthy breakfast. I know that they people make it different but i try it in my own way . Please try this at home and taste the snack .
How To Make Sooji Uttapam
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE BATTER:
1 Cup Sooji/Rava
1 Cup Curd
½ Cup Water
Salt (or as per taste)
Baking Soda - 1 Pinch
INGREDIENTS USED FOR UPPER BASE:
1 Tomato
1/2 Capsicum
1/4 Cabbage
1 Onion
1/2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
Salt ( As Per Taste)
1/2 tbsp Red Mirch Powder
Sooji Uttapam Recipe
1) Make batter with adding 1 Cup Sooji/Rava1 Cup Curd½ Cup WaterSalt (or as per taste) Baking Soda - 1 Pinch . Mix All Make Smooth Paste .
2) Mix All Vegetable Filling with sauce and salt .
3) Take a pan and heat it and add some oil , then put the mixture and make a chiila after that put the mixture of vegetables on it .
4) Fry at Both sides until it turn brown ,and serve it sauce .

*Sooji uttapam* Recipe: Ingredients- 1/2 cup rava or sooji, 1/3 cup curd, Water (as required), 1 cup chopped veges (onion, capsicum, tomato), Oil, Salt (to taste), 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder. Method - 1. In a bowl, take curd and sooji and mix these really well. 2. Add water according to the consistency of batter required. Blend it all well. And keep it for 15 mins. 3. Now add dry spices; salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix it well. 4. Then add chopped veges to the mixture and mix it well (you may add these later on top while cooking too) 5. Keep the mixture aside for 15 mins again. And then blend it well again. 6. Heat a non stick pan and grease it with oil. 7. Pour the batter with a large spoon and spread it gently but not too much. 8. When you see the base gets a little brown from below then drizzle little oil on the raw side. 9. Turn this upside down and let it turn brown from the other side as well.
