Right now there is a ‘slasher’ on the loose, and the GCPD is attempting to close in on them. There are sirens, the flashing blue and red illuminating his face. Jason was taking a shut eye on a balcony in broad daylight before the radio chatter he had hooked up started blasting mid-afternoon with cops radioing in about attacks on the main street within a crowd. The slimy attacker had gotten way, so right now there was a high alert. Were people taking it seriously? It was Gotham, who knows. Maybe this was the attitude the woman has.
