Lost something? |Evander + Raven|

Evander had a lot of books under his arm. He was just starting his studies and he was already so enthusiastic about them. He loved everything except, of course, the collar around his neck. That still gave him some.. confusion. But till then, the day had gone by very quietly, hence he decided it was time to reward himself with a coffee. Something to get by and to keep him awake to study for his first days. There were not many people, it was still very early in the morning and he did notice the beautiful cascade of golden locks in front of him, but he simply stared behind his sunglasses. He waited for his turn and handed over a bill for his cup, when he noticed a wallet on the floor. She must have lost it while looking for it in the bag she had. Evander picked it up and began to rush to find her. “Miss?” He began to say, once he had found her. “I’m sorry Miss.. this.. this must be yours.. You lost it at the coffe place..”

Lily eyes widened as she looked at Raven. “Do you truly mean that? Because if so I think you are my new favorite person on the island. I have at least 10 different chocolates at home.” She said. “ I’m pretty sure I am more chocolate these days than water.” She laughed.

Raven wasn’t exactly known for being miss hostess, but she was always curious about a new face. She glanced them over, admittedly looking for a collar. She bit her lip, and nodded, a dangerous little smirk on her face. “I would be happy to show you,” she said, starting to walk, motioning them to follow. She didn’t introduce herself at first, giving them a moment.

“I’m Raven, by the way,” she told them. “Pleasure to meet you, I’m sure.” She smiled a little, still gauging their reactions, their attitude. Depending on how this encounter went, would determine just how she felt about them in the future.

Hunter noted the smirk on the woman's face and almost chuckled out loud.  A quick glance into her thoughts told them who she was and what she did here but they kept that knowledge to themselves for now.  "Wonderful.  I swear college campuses get more confusing every time I visit one."

They allowed a smile to stretch across their lips, nodding their head in greeting.  "Lovely to meet you Raven.  I'm Dr. Hunter Morrigan, but please, call me Hunter.  I try to leave the doctor title for when people are spending time on my couch."  They chuckled a little at their psychology joke before indicating that the woman should lead the way.  "What is it you do here, if you don't mind my asking?"

Rocking It | Abbi&Raven

Raven was enjoying a night out, and was looking forward to just seeing where the night would lead. As she sat at Dark Moon, sipping at her drink, a smirk crossed her lips, as her own gaze landed on Abbi. She tucked her blonde hair back, and smiled lightly at her.

The woman had a great voice, and the hellhound was genuinely drawn in by her. She leaned forward, watching her curiously.

Abbi had been concentrating more than usual on her song. It wasn’t one that she knew well, not by heart as she did most things she sang. So it did require a bit more of her attention. Her azure eyes did scan the crowd here and there, as she wanted to remain connected. And they flared just a bit when she spied a certain face in the crowd. She tended to keep her distance from the guards, but this one hadn’t seemed so bad.

“Enjoying the show? Who’s manning your post tonight Miss?” Abbi smirked lightly, when her song was finished.

Ten Years Ago | Daisy&Raven

Raven was a bit surprised, when she heard Daisy’s voice. She’d been lost in her own thoughts. She’d left for a bit, and come back and yet, she felt very much at home. She chuckled a little, and turned to her. “Something,” she said. “I was a guard here, once,” she said. “Just feels weird to be visiting, and not working. You know?” she smiled.

Daisy’s head tilted, a small line appearing between her russet brows as she tried to place the woman. When recognition finally hit her, she gave the other a friendly smile. “Of course! I remember you, Raven, right?” The witch extended her hand in greeting. “I’m Daisy, do you remember me? You don’t work here anymore then? That must feel weird” She giggled. “How have you been?”

Unclaiming Punishment | Dhani & Raven

Raven hadn’t made any enemies here, yet. Keyword: yet. She’d been keeping a low profile, but even she couldn’t deny she was intrigued by this punishment. She knew that claims came and went, but she had yet to witness one that ended so ruthlessly.

She was by no means shy, so she made her way to the quad, her eyes scanning the crowd of those that had come to watch, sympathize, whatever. It was easy for her to tell who had come for what. She could see it in their faces, she could practically feel it. It made her warm all over, seeing such internal conflict.

Her eyes flickered to the slave who was getting punished. Had she met him yet? She didn’t think so. She narrowed her eyes, playing with the ends of her dark hair as she stepped closer. Her eyes flickered to the guard who was inflicting the pain, then back to the slave, before she stopped in front of him.

“Tsk, tsk, tsk,” she said, clicking her tongue and shaking her head. “What do we have here?” she asked.

Pain washed over him in waves, not enough to make him sick to his stomach just yet. But enough to feel the chilling flashes and the blood start to trickle down his back. He took a short breath and looked up to the woman that stepped up as the guard finished just the three lashed to get things started.

The way she narrowed her eyes at him, the way she spoke to him, teasing him, as if there wasn’t obvious malice with the position he was in now. She was here to hurt him. What she had here was just prey caught in a trap. Naked and in pain, a light drizzle of rain settling on the quad.

“Punishment, mistress.” Dhani said, evenly as he could with the pain he was in. “My master got bored of me. So he unclaimed me... and asked that I be punished.”

I remember reading it in a book, there was this magical pensieve, where you could put your memories in and relive them when you want, you just had to jump in it. I wish there really was one, cause there are a couple of memories I would love to live again. To see them happening from the outside must be such a magical experience.

I think it’s way too soon to have a crush, still, but I met few enchanting ladies that made me smile and that is a hard thing, considering the situation here. I’d say Clara and Raven. They are delightful. @clarawoodhouse @raven-powers 

📲- Talk about someone/something you dislike, but only pretend to like

I never really like apples in candies and sweets. I like the fruit per se, but when it’s in cakes and similar, I don’t like it at all. Maybe it’s the texture or maybe it’s because of its sweetness, I prefer acid things like lemons, but I never said it out loud. When I am offered something I tend to always eat and say thank you, especially if it’s something that’s baked for me.

“ Oh, I think you are right. Sorry, I am a bit of a clumsy, I didn’t even noticed I was being followed.” She giggled taking the kitten from the woman’s arms cradling the kitten in her arms. “ Thank you, Ma’am. She tends to follow around her mama, even when I tell her to stay home.”
