Unser sighed as he knew there was no point in arguing as to why not. "You need to wait until after the coroner does the autopsy. I'll see if they can get to it tomorrow." Happy simply nodded as he turned to the other vehicle his grief transforming into deep, feral fury. "Not here. I'll allow you revenge......just not here" murmured Unser as he followed the Tacoma Killers angry gaze. Happy simply grunted before slowly getting up and going to the van that sat idling and getting in.

Tig and Chibs looked in the back when Happy got in. He simply shook his head as he fastened his seatbelt. "Sorry man" murmured Tig as he started to pull onto the highway. "Lassie will be missed" stated Chibs as he turned to look out the window frowning. "Guy was drunk. He's the only one unscathed." stated Happy. "For now at least. I'm going to make him feel pain in ways he never knew were possible" he growled lowly his mind already starting to plan revenge.

Two weeks after that fateful night Happy lay staring at the ceiling of his dorm room. Nothing felt good and he figured it never would again. This was the life a man like him was suppose to have he had convinced himself. A soft knock at his door had him grumbling about wanting to be alone. When he heard the creak he sighed and turned to see who would dare enter.

"Hap. You need to come out. A lady from child social services is here for you" stated Gemma her tone leaving no room for arguing. Happy frowned as he slid out of the bed and followed his Presidents Old Lady. "She has a baby" stated Gemma as she caught his eye before opening the clubhouse door to go outside. Happy covered his eyes at the harsh sunlight as he stepped out. Once his eyes adjusted they landed on an older woman who had a sweet smile on her face.

"Mr. Lowman?" she inquired as she stepped towards him with a baby carrier. Happy simply nodded as confusion set in. "I know that things have been difficult and I apologize for showing up like this out of the blue." explained the woman as she chuckled nervously. "Susie named you as Cori's guardian in the event of her passing" "She had the baby?" interrupted Happy his eyes going from the carrier to the womans face. "She did... I'm sorry I thought you knew." apologized the woman.

Happy felt his knees give out as the information hit him like a ton of bricks. His best friends daughter was still alive. He had assumed they both were gone. Why didn't Susie tell me she had given birth? So many questions swirled in his mind that he hadn't realized Gemma and the woman were still talking to him.

"What?' Happy asked as he looked at Gemma who had tears in her eyes. "I said we will help Happy. If you want to raise her. The club and I will help" repeated Gemma. "If you don't take her Mr. Lowman she will go into the system and " started the woman before Happy cut her off. "No. I'll take her." stated Happy firmly as he stood up and grabbed for the carrier.

I think we've gotten off on the wrong foot here. Finding a random guy in your" started Juice trying to make light of the awarknedness. "I'mma cut you off. Facts are I never wanna see you in my sisters house, around my sister, say her name ever again after this moment" stated Manny as he leaned forward on his elbows his eyes never leaving Juices.

"Are you asking me to break up with your sister?" questioned Juice taken aback. "No I'm telling you. You two should never have been together in the first place. I get my sister being a bit naïve on the danger but you? Your a grown man who knows the darker side of the leather we wear. Sons and Mayans might have an alliance now but what about when that gets broken? Mayans and SONs will both want her dead." snapped Manny his voice tight and low with anger. Juice was shocked at the venom in Mannys voice and couldn't speak for a moment. "I would never let anyone hurt Lupe. Your sister" started to reassure Juice before Manny sighed and stood up. " Look, I've been told your a good dude and that you are treating Lupe like she deserves. I appreciate that but I want you to stay away from my sister. This will be our only talk on the matter." stated Manny as he made his way out of the kitchen. "I don't repeat myself either by the way" called Manny over his shoulder.

Four Months Prior

A couple hours later a guy with a mohawk and tribal tattoos on his head caught Lupes attention as he spoke to Bishop and a man named Chibs who was the President of the Sons. "Did you bed a Son last night after you ditched your friends?" inquired Angel with arms folded as he shot her s sly look. "Hmm, I dont' think I understand your question" replied Lupe as she put on her best poker face.

"I'd say you gave him that good shit cause he was up before me and made us both food before that old man with scars picked him up just so you know. So like keep that up cause he cooks better than you" inserted Letty as she joined Angel and Lupe in the living room. "Letty" grumbled Lupe as her face warmed and Angel dropped to the floor laughing. "What? You deserve to have your back" started Letty making Angel howl louder with laughter as Lupe cut her off. "Enough! Room now please" snapped Lupe as she closed her eyes. "That kid is great" stated Angel as he wiped tears from his eyes after a couple minutes. "If you must know. Yes and we are going out to dinner next weekend" sighed Lupe as she made her way back to the kitchen with Angel hot on her heels.

Present Day

The clubhouse door slamming open and an angry tirade of Spanish mixed in with English had every Mayan in silence. Lupes eyes were ablaze and her mascara streaked cheeks were a sight as she scanned the room for her brother . Manny sighed as he slid out of a chair and made his way to her. "I'm a grown ass woman!" snapped Lupe as she jabbed her finger into her brothers chest. "Hell yeah she is. Look at that grown woman body" shouted Angel as he tried to diffuse the situation. "How dare you tell Juice to break up with me. Have him telling me " I'm not the right man for you?" continued Lupe each jab getting harder as her temper flared. "He's not Lupe. Being in two worlds is " started Manny as he stepped back slightly as his chest ached. "Screw you" interrupted Lupe as she stepped back into his personal space.

"Could we have a few moments to say goodbye" asked Happy quietly as he watched Juice make his way to Cori to comfort her. "No you-" started EZ his temper flaring before Angel cut him off. "Of course. We will wait in the hall give ya some privacy" replied Angel as he jerked his head at EZ to leave the room. "I really am sorry your daughter was here tonight. If we had known you had a kid we would have done some better surveillance" stated Angel before heading out. Happy nodded before he went over to join the other two on the couch.

"We should have just killed them. You really think she wont talk, wont get the SONS to track us down?" whispered EZ angrily as he shoved Angel. "You need to calm down little brother. Anger makes you make stupid decisions." snapped Angel as he pushed EZ into the wall and held him there. "That girl has nothing to do with the situation. She knows how the MC works and honestly I think if she decide she wanted revenge for what is to come tonight she will do it on her own." replied Angel after a moment once EZ had calmed some. "Just because someone is your enemy doesn't mean you have to treat them badly" he added.

*A few moments later*

Cori sat silently crying as Juice held her on the couch. Her dad had been walked out by the younger Mayan while the other stood in the doorway. Cori felt Juice tense as the Mayan came back towards them. "Relax, my word is good" stated the Mayan as he put his gun away and knelt in front of Cori. "I know this is hard to believe but I truly am sorry about this. You have my word your dads death will be quick and he will be buried properly. You also have my word you will be safe. If you ever need anything and cant get a hold of a SON you can call me and I'll make it happen" stated Angel as he handed a folded piece of paper to Cori before patting her knee and heading out of the house.
