Indulge in these guilt-free raw Snickers doughnuts made with wholesome ingredients. They're vegan, gluten-free, and packed with delicious flavors reminiscent of your favorite candy bar.
Ingredients: 1 cup dates, pitted. 1 cup raw almonds. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts. 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: Use a food processor to grind dates and almonds into a fine powder. Melt the coconut oil and add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and cacao powder. Mix until a sticky dough forms. Put the dough in a bowl, and then add the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts. In order to make doughnut rings, press the dough into a doughnut mold. Freeze the doughnuts for 30 minutes to make them set. Once you take the doughnuts out of the freezer, carefully pop them out of the mold. You can eat it right away or put it in the fridge to last up to a week.
