Long day. Recorded 5 more videos for the upcoming raw vegan Vietnamese course and also did a photoshoot on (almost) all the recipes in the course. Life threw a curveball and my regular veggie supplier couldn't send me my mint, Thai basil, beansprouts, cabbage as they’re dealing with the C situation. The other place I get my fresh groceries from can only deliver in 5 days’ time. But the show must go on, so had to make do with whatever I have at the moment. When I first started RAWK WITH YIN (my monthly membership service) a year ago in July 2020, I was only planning to offer 3 recipes + video tutorials + some bonuses per month. However, I enjoyed sharing so much on making raw vegan cuisine that it became 10 recipes or more! I still wonder why I include so much as it takes up so much time creating all the course materials. I don’t have the answer yet, except that I love developing all these raw vegan recipes!
