His eternal smirk is starting to appear as he likes what he's hearing... his diabolical mind is conjuring up a scenario that he likes very, very much...

Lt. Tragg then explains the theory he's just devised about Perry's client. He's dropping the current charges and now charging him with murder!!! Smelling blood in the water, Lt. Tragg is now in full blown smirk mode. He never beats Perry, but he does enjoy his moment in the sun very much every time. I love his indomitable spirit, although it would be nice if he got the right person just once!!😁🤣🤣😍 I always love that smirk!! 😁😁😁
