Reasons why I loved Ava and Nate's plot:

It had Gary

It had stepmom/kid bonding (yes that's how I put it)

It had Gary showing off his no-nipple with pride

Ava is not only a love interest, she get's her own stories, I don't remember another episode where she doesn't speak to Sara (might be wrong tho)

It took two seasons, but Nate seems to finally be getting an arc without a cringy romance

It had naked Ray being carried by Nate

I mean, Zari is just wild high, Ray thinks he's making out with Nora (I kinda love how the part of the tree he's kissing seems to be height accurate) but even with the context we were given I can't make sense out of whatever is happening with Mick and Nate

You know I've been saying Nate's got potential, he just needs proper development without of Amaya and yes, we're finally getting something good from him this season and I'm glad they're showing what a douche his dad was, like, season 2 Nate was so far from great, but look at his dad, boy turned out fine???? Also, I feel like Ray's been such a good influence for him

Nate going Paul Revere is just insert fanfic, that’s how these wackos are saving history and I love them so much
