I love seeing original blog posts, partly because I know that I don't have the skills to do it myself, but that doesn't mean that I would ever repost, that's just disrespectful and wrong... I really hope that nothing I have reblogged has been a repost, I'd feel pretty bad about that... :/ But please don't let these guys put you off, I love your posts! <3

thnx for the comforting message *LETMEHUGYOU*. like i said, there is difference between crying like a kid about things we can hardly change at tumblr (like we can’t delete the silly weheartit website full of stolen editions and reposts), and calling for reasonable behavior within a fandom. if the original blog/editors don’t say a word, nobody cares and nobody would understand that reposting IS a problem affecting all of us. if original uploads and their blogs get no chance to be seen/get some notes for good work, why should anybody waste time with hours long gif making. this is the cruel fact behind the problem. i don’t talk about the hunger for thousands of notes, most blogs get not even 100 or more than 100 notes on their work, it is a question of basic respect for those who provide materials that a fandom enjoys and shares daily. (i mean, even if an editor hungers for thousand notes on his edit, it would be the reward for his personal work, so no excuse or misunderstanding at this detail;-)
