My second instruction of February was floorplans, property photography and a video tour on this vacant ground floor flat in Basildon. As you can see from the lounge photos, this was another property where the sun was causing issues. Rather than rely on photo editing which could end up with an unrealistic photo, I simply closed the curtains and adjusted the angle of the shot. This was something a little bit special - this gorgeous thatched cottage in Braintree I was asked to provide property photography and floorplans for. To do the exterior of the property justice I added some blue skies as it was a grey day - when adding blue skies it’s important not to run the photos thru generic online filters that over compensate and make the blues and greens overexposed.
