Raymondskill Falls
Demshitz In The Poconos A superb trip for the Demshitz. Plenty of water and plenty of action on Stoney creek and Raymondskill creek.
Brian Kish sends Raymondskill Falls in the Delaware Water Gap, PA
From the top of the big falls, this is what it looks like flowing down river. It's cold, misty, and magical in the middle. I love it.
Raymondskill Falls. My favorite. I've been making the trip up to the Delaware Water Gap for the last 6 years or so to see these falls. When I first found them, I would trek up there almost every weekend. Now, not so much. They truly are some of the best falls around. The forest leading up to them is just as great, littered with a dozen other little falls, and even another huge one right below this one. The winter time is a special time for waterfalls. The spray and blow around from the mist and shooting waters create a beautiful display of ice. Each formation and area is purely unique in shape and color. I hope you have the chance to see some frozen falls in your lifetime.
