Woke up this morning to find 4000 followers on my blog. You guys are AMAZING. This fandom wouldn't be the same without you, and I'm glad there are so many peope out there that love this couple as much as I do (even if we don't get to see them being together on the show right now). I want to thank every single one of you, for all your support, crazy midnight conversations, friendship and more. If we have never talked before, feel free to send me a message. I'm always open to meeting new people. There is a hearing near the end of S6 (610) and from Noelle Carbone's notes next to her computer (she tweeted a pic of her setup while working from home) and we were able to read that Gail is a reluctant witness for the prosecution but the handwriting for whom the hearing is against was hard to make out (either Shaw or Steve). I'm speculating Steve because he actor wasn't on set while filming the last episode as he was travelling Canada promoting new film. TC also talked about family stuff so??

Omg that is intense. How come I didn’t know about this. Omg poor Gail. I’m definitely gonna need to hug her right now, or Holly. Holly can hug her as well. I’d prefer Holly.

I think they may be going for character growth by way of destroying (lose Sophie, possibly lose her brother (testify against him, already lost Holly, etc) the character first (CS's comments S6 = devastation) before she can truly grow. Similar to LWord, think of what happened to Bette. They broke her (S3 lost her job, Tina went back to men, etc.) and slowly rebuilt (S4/S5, learned 2 communicate, be kinder via Jodie character) her so that she could be better with her one true love (Tina, S5/S6).

Wait wait, what did I miss about Gail having to testify against Steve, or is that just something you’re making up? I don’t know. I think that you’ve a point in them going for character growth, because we already saw a lot of that in season 5. Charlotte described this season as heartbreaking, which would indicate that something huge is about to happen to Gail’s storyline (which yeah of course adoption is already on itself, but something a little more intense, like indeed losing a relative (maybe her father or mother, or like you said an argument with Steve, which would cause for a lot of friction with Traci as well), Gail not being able to adopt Sophie or something completely else in which Gail gets her heart broken once again.

I don’t know what it is with them hurting our little baby Peck. I just wanna wrap her in one big tight hug and tell her it’s all gonna be okay.

I don't think Gail will actually get custody of Sophie, have you seen the last caption of Gail sat at the Bar?! Looks to me that she's very pensive! Do you think the Ring still has any relevance? Also in episode 11 series 5 , Im thinking that Social Worker totally has a thing for Gail!! Harlet!! 😍

I thought that capture from the bar was from the scene that was in one of the promos for this season in which Gail is trying to make her bucketlist about things she wants to do before she gets custody of Sophie with Traci and Andy. So I think that’s why she looks so pensive (I totally had to look that up btw because I’m a dumbass).

I hope Gail gets to adopt Sophie, but I think there will be lots of drama around this whole storyline before that will happen (if it happens at all. Which I kinda hope right now, because well if Gail can’t have Holly right now than please at least let her have the other person that makes her truly happy, Sophie).

I think it’s very possible that the social worker has a thing for Gail. I mean she didn’t freak out or anything like that when Gail pinched her ass, she just smiled and walked off. So if that says anything, I’d think it says she kind of likes Gail.

For the people who don’t speak Dutch, I’ll translate part of the message which pretty much asks how I know Holly will not be coming back this season. And something about thanking my writing and super cool. Haha.

I learned it like everyone else in the interview Tassie had with After Ellen last week. 

“AE: Will we see the return of Holly before the season wraps up, or can we just forget that idea?TC: We do not see Holly’s return in this coming season, I’m sad to say.”

As this is the Gail and Holly fan page are you going to make a separate one for Gail and the new love interest? I know I won't be alone in saying I love this page but I don't want to have to unfollow because you're going to post social worker lady/any other love interests. I don't want to see them, it ruins my golly bubble

Nope, I won’t make a seperate page for them (I already have way too many blogs and I have no time to run another). I however tag all my stuff, so if you blacklist ‘gail x social worker’ you should not see any of them on my page at all! I included a link in which they explain to you how to blacklist something. This blog is and will always be for Gail and Holly but that does not mean I won’t post anything about Gail and her new storyline this season, because I will. So just blacklist whatever you don’t want to see, so you can keep seeing the Gail and Holly ones.

So you're completely not alone. I'm pretty sure Sam was dating Marlo in season 4 and Andy was dating Nick. Now they are getting married. Just because Gail put Holly on the back burner doesn't mean they are done. Tassie said she hopes to see Holly back next season if there is one. That = hope for Golly in my opinion

Do you now think, after Tassies interview, that Gail will be involved with Sophie's Social Worker?

I thought so at first, but then after the interview I got a bit confused about it being someone Gail meets on the job (because she didn’t really meet her on the job right? She met Sophie on the job, but not the social worker), so I don’t know. It would certainly add a lot of drama in Gail’s adoption story line. So yeah, it’s possible.
