bite me
A YEAR LATE, FUCKING WOOPS.
hyunseung knew he would regret asking hongbin to move in. but there was no way he was going to let the other continue to commute over three hours just to get to school. if hongbin wasn’t going to take hyunseung’s offer to pay his tuition, the least he could do was offer him an easier place to live.
it was okay, most of the time. they seemed to live different lives. hyunseung had always been nocturnal, long before his days as a silverblood, so he’d be awake when hongbin wasn’t and vice versa. some nights, though, they’d be lucky enough to run into each other on the rooftop of the apartment building – sitting in silence and over looking the city.
it was in the peace and serenity of night that hyunseung found himself letting go of his past worries. no one knew where he was, what he was, who he was. hongbin definitely didn’t so why did he need to worry? each night that they sat in comfortable silence, hyunseung came to terms with what was to be his final destiny.
but of course, fate had a way of bringing trouble to him
(no matter how much he tried to avoid it).
three bluebloods and a single silverblood cornered them, just past midnight, on that rooftop. the only thought sitting at the back of his mind was that hongbin needed to get out of this alive. he deserved that much even if hyunseung didn’t deserve the same sentiments.
“i’m sorry,” he began, pushing the other to the side and taking a protective stance. but he knew, he must’ve known the moment they stepped into the vicinity, that he was outnumbered. overpowered. underprepared. so he considered something he never thought to do.
so hyunseung bit him.
