The Elsen had seen a lot of strange things as of late, but this purple-clad boy with the mop of pale hair had to be one of the strangest. #10430 was being pulled two ways- in one, a hesitation nearly too great to overcome, in the other, a curiosity he had to feed. Finally working up the nerve to speak, he puffs up his chest and attempts to appear taller before drifting closer, though it didn't change much.
"Ahh. Ahem. Hh. Hhhello?"

Légère had seen Dedan in the library more often lately. The strange thing was, the Guardian didn't appear to be reviewing anything work related. He'd caught sight of Dedan casually hidden away in the romantic fiction section. It wasn't a surprise, more heartwarming than anything. Maybe he had some soft spot under all that yelling.
The next time Légère saw him, he decided to test the water and see if it would be safe to carry out a civil conversation with the man. Approaching with a stack of books held tight to his chest, he set them down on a nearby table and tugged the Guardian's coat to get his attention.
"M-monseiur Dedan, I was...wondering if you would like any, ah, book suggestions? I'm sure you're perfectly capable of finding praise worthy volumes on your own, but if you want a second opinion on something.."

Being tucked away in the Library for extended periods of time was no good thing for anyone; so #10430 had taken a day trip to Zone 03. It was unfamiliar to him, that was a given- but he hadn't really expected to become this lost. He had no real set destination, but he was hungry and sore, so really any place to rest and grab a bite to eat would cure his hindering needs long enough for him to return home. His gaze settled on a tall, slender girl not too far off. He made his way over, clearing his throat before stringing words up in a quiet voice.
"Excuse me, Mademoiselle? I'm a little...lost.."
