Let me tell you about my weekend.

It started out awesome.  Left work early, met up with @galasdian, loaded up the marzipan and drove to the hotel to get the last bits done on our cosplays for RCCC.

So far, so good.

We have a great time.  Out friends joined us at the hotel later that night, we stayed up too late and laughed and acted like goobers.

Saturday was even awesomer.  I met @kellysue.  And @valentinedelandro.  OHEMGEE.  Like a freaking idiot I acted, I’m sure.

Anyway.  Back to the hotel for a break and to charge the phone before the milkfed lounge party thing, and I get a call from the roommate. 

There must be balance, yeah?

Oscar was being put down that night.  His condition had been deteriorating rapidly, and it was time.

It’s ok.  It’s fine.

So milkfed, then cookies and drinks at the room.  More staying up too late.

Sunday: repeat, only without another dog death.

I drop off Galasdian, I go back to my sister’s place.  You know, where I’ve been camping during the week while I worked at the lightsaber factory, returning home on the weekends.

The lightsaber factory I got a call from an hour later.  A call to tell me that I’ve been laid off.

I suppose it’s that balance, huh.  A great weekend can’t go unpunished.

Rose City Comic Con was so much fun! I had such an awesome time! Thank you to the awesome cosplayers who did photoshoots with me and to Ross for helping out with photos! The Kids at Rose City Comic Con 2016! Pt 1

I know this is my first post in a while, but the Con Season is just starting for me. The kids definitely dominated the scene!

Sunday at Rose City Comic Con was pretty great. We got pics with a replica of Baby as fem Sam, Dean and Cas. All the proceeds go to the Make a Wish Foundation, so that’s cool.
