Working out with someone else was a bit weird to her, the fighter enjoyed doing it on her own, it helped her focused. Other people were too distracting.

fuck. kiyong grits his teeth as he feels around his jean pocket, cursing under his breath when his grasp retracts empty-handed. an unlit cigarette is etched between his lips and he can’t help but sulk at the vacant lot he occupied. his arms rested against his legs, his head hanging low in defeat… but the sound of steps approaching causes him to look up. there’s no thinking twice.

“hey, man! you have a ligh–” his words trail off as he takes in the feminine appearance before him. he clicks at his tongue, “nah, nevermind.”

a laugh fell from the younger’s lips as she heard her friend speak over the phone and she couldn’t help but shake her head at the all too relatable thing she had just said - no lie, she was quite surprised that even rhea would say such thing. rhea to joomi always seemed like a very disciplined person, someone who.. just someone who maybe even loved going to work. “it needs to be saturday.. every day needs to be a saturday.” she was on her way to work as the other called and the closer she got to the café she’d be spending the next 6 hours at, the more uncomfortable she got. “save me.. anyway, you’re picking me up when i’m out right? and then we can go eat dinner or something. i get off at 6pm!”

iii. Asking her to hang out or go out on a date. Soyi never really goes out and is somewhat afraid of asking others because she automatically assumes she is hated by them. You showing her that you actually enjoy her company will make her more comfortable with you

iiii. As much as she claims to hate affection, she actually yearns for it. Soyi’s never had that parental affection growing up so having an intimate one with a potential partner would make her fall head over heels for you. She would feel so special. 

v. If you share and understand her love for chicken wings and beer, then you’ve got her hooked.

The idea was to change, right? Like almost everything in our life, it didn’t work out, at least not for the better anyway. Maybe you’re a little tougher. I know part of you hoped that maybe you’d find that parental love or just that feeling of being wanted in general. Alas, that is also simply out of reach.It was funny, I look back to see you were filled with hope, but as you grow it slowly fades. It made life easier that way, you were never really disappointed. Then again, maybe you’re disappointed in what you’ve become. I guess I lied you did change, but at this point I’m not sure if it was for the better or for the worse.

How would Soyi react if she was ever caught by her father?

﴾ ♛ ↠ If it would ever come down to Soyi’s father finding out about her little escape she would definitely be afraid. Of course it would quickly pass and soon turn into anger. Since her father never really cared about her she would find that there is no reason for him to be upset or scold her for it. The fighter would probably end up arguing with him for a moment to only then give up and go home. ﴿
