Neatballs Recipe by Raw Chef Yin (raw vegan) What would you call them? Raw Vegan Meatballs? Neatballs? Whatever name you give them, they're yummy. And since you requested for them on my IG stories, here you go! INGREDIENTS 2 organic portobello mushrooms, roughly chopped ½ cup activated walnuts 1 teaspoon cumin seeds ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt or to taste 3 shallots, sliced 2 tablespoons chopped chives 1 clove garlic, sliced ½ tablespoon organic soy sauce/tamari/nama shoyu/coconut aminos - I used the locally brewed organic soy from @tais_choice_kitchen delivered to me by @everleafstoremalaysia METHOD 1️⃣Place all ingredients (except for mushrooms) into a food processor and process till texture is similar to ground meat. 2️⃣Add in mushrooms and pulse till combined. 3️⃣Scoop mixture and shape into balls. Place on non-stick dehydrator sheet and dehydrate at 45 degrees Celsius till desired texture. Mine took around 6 hours. @excaliburdehydrator 4️⃣Sprinkle on spring onions and white sesame seeds if preferred. 5️⃣Serve with Zoodles Marinara (I just taught how to make this at House of Presentation last Sunday).
