Taking a page from RDJ
Since it's RDJ's birthday (well, maybe not in this time zone but it still is in California), we should all take a moment and take a page from his book. RDJ is doing so well now and is one of the most well-respected and sought-after actors in Hollywood but he was previously living the hard life with his stints in jail due to drugs and his career suffered heavily as a result. The lesson we can learn here is that even if our pasts are cringeworthy and worthy of being forgotten (but stubbornly stick around in our memory), we can still do well in our present lives--well enough that people won't pay attention to the mistakes we've made and instead focus on the great things we've done. You can always redeem yourself if you put in the effort, like what RDJ has done now. That's what makes his story inspiring.
