Ok so the past couple of days I’ve been writing the RE2 self-insert fic and I gotta say. One of my favorite lines is in Leon’s POV chapter

first pass of his design: more accurate to me irl

first one is just some sketches of him (regular outfit, villain outfit, him crushing on Wesker), second one is of him utilizing his mushroom's spores to knock Chris Redfield unconscious.

second pass of his design: i added infinite whimsy.

First image is of a joke scenario.

(backround info) Basically I imagine that he brought Wesker back from the dead using his DNA left in his labratory and his corpse (which featured only his head intact), cloning his body and restoring his original mind.

He'd have a boss battle somewhere after Wesker's, but because hes in such emotional distress he really doesn't want to fight and you get the option to spare him. Sparing him is the canon option, and so he'd get "redeemed" (but not work with them) but secretly betrayal them and bring back Wesker.

I had a funny mental image of my guy showing off wesker all :D about it, with Wesker standing intimidatingly, with the "heroes" of RE standing off screen across from them, horrified. Obviously that's not how that'd go down, but the mental image was great so I just *had* to draw it.

second drawing is just standard evil scientist pose, mehehe >:D and all that.
