I think I'm actually looking forward to pokemon x y more than I have been with any other generation? and I do mean any. I didn't even know what pokemon was before that day when there was a weird kid hanging out in the tree in our yard. I climbed up and he showed me pokemon red and I had no idea what it was before then.
I'm not all HYPED UP about it, but it occurs to me that I kind of already know what team of six that I want? (though it may change - I haven't seen all of the pokemon, etc.) I've never had a TEAM of pokemon that I wanted. And I love all three of the starters and their final forms and I like the stupid object pokemon that everyone gets so mad over. Not even just like it, I love it. And I think both of the fossil pokemon are AWESOME and both of the iconic legendary ones are really cool too
(its the weirdest thing to realize wow i HAVE A TEAM THAT I AM ALL PREPARED FOR AND WANT I'VE NEVER HAD A TEAM OF POKEMON THAT I WANTED BEFORE THIS IS NEAT)
