another europe timezone anon, I've been able to grab rare items thanks to fast internet (sorry fellow europeans) but I noticed there's not much variety in rare items spawning. there are a few I haven't been able to even find at all even with my advantage
shop restocking should really be changed to be personal to each user instead of making us compete with each other, with more balance to what items actually stock
