A few years ago I drew a bunch of stuff with the Beetles (and Scarlet Scarab) as magical girls. For whatever reason, I never finished those beyond the sketch phase, but I thought that the Ambassador and the Scientist still looked decent. Their designs were inspired by the cats from Creamy Mami.

Finishing off my speedpaint videos this month with the Reach Scientist. I thought it would be fun for the month of August to have all of the videos I made be the Reach. :D

6. What is their favorite feature of their partner’s?

Black has always been taken by the Scientist’s intellect and the fact that she’s not completely afraid to talk back to the Ambassador. The Scientist likes how protective Black is over her.

Both of them having an equal level of sadism is also nice.

11. Who tops?

BLACK BEETLE. Although I’m sure that every once in a while they switch things up to make it interesting. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

14. Who kisses the hardest?

Black Beetle is the more dominant of the two, so it would likely be him.

18. Who leaves little notes in the other’s one lunch? (Bonus: what does it usually say?)

I could see both of them doing that if they knew that they were going to be apart for an extended period of time (Black Beetle has a mission that will take him out on the field, etc.). The Scientists’s notes would probably have a message along the lines of “Don’t die because replacing you would be a hassle. :) “

Black’s notes would likely go along the lines of “kick the Ambassador for me if you have the chance. :) ”
