I'm trying to clean up my Goodreads and Fable.
Goodreads decided to link with Kindle, though I remember telling it NOT. This made most of my entries double, as it counts the book I searched for and reviewed AND then also added another just because it was in my Kindle library. Which *should* be easy enough to fix except there are several books I read multiple times. Kaiju Preservation Society, The Martian, Starter Villain , and the entire Murderbot set. I know Murderbot was just twice each. The others.....I have to look at my stats on Audible and guess since I have physical, digital, and audio versions of all of those that I switch around with.
Now Fable. Fable, Fable, Fable. It doesn't like listing rereads. So that number is lower than it should be.
Does any of this matter? Nope. Yet, it vexes me that the numbers aren't right. If I didn't count rereads,it would be easier. But I do, so I will fix it.
I didn't like Storygraph, so I don't want to import there. I like the idea of Fable. I just don't use the social media function, which is the whole gimmick. Wish Goodreads wasn't evil because it's the only one that typically doesn't give me trouble.
I want to set up an analog reading log for the next year. I also think I'll make a lottery of books I need to finish because my TBR list is nuts.
