managed to get a bunch of work done today and then proceeded to get GROSSLY OVERSTIMULATED while cooking dinner so it's not been a fun evening 😅. i didn't realise that clozemaster was going to come in so clutch when it comes to reading comprehension.

i hope everyone had a very cozy christmas + boxing day (even if you don't celebrate! everyone deserves to be cozy).

I like to take christmas off as it's a nationaly holiday, but I'm taking the rest of the week off work this year in preparation for the new year, where things tend to get busier.

we went for a family walk on boxing day to identify different birds and trees, it was really fun 🥰

i've been struggling with focus for the past few days; pain in my gums and in my joints have been pulling my focus away from work and study. who knew that eating right and not being in pain makes it easier to think? 😅 i filmed my video outside in the garden today and my senses are fried 😂

the brain fog is clearing and that meant that i was able to do work today without too much problem. i did skip comprehensible input today, but i needed the break from trying to comprehend things lol.

i also deliberately avoided doing any astrology study today as to stop myself from getting too fixated and overstimulating myself with it 😅
