Yesterday, I went to the library and couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked a librarian for help. He brought me to the catalogue computer that I didn't realise existed for everyone to use and then showed me how to look for my book and then find it on the shelf using the corresponding code. Once he was done, he said "... and you see, being able to look for books on your own without having to ask someone for help, that's powerful." and I don't know, it was just so unexpected and I can't stop thinking about it.
Really a little reminder to not be afraid to ask for help! Cause that could be the prelude to you being able to do something on your own for the first time... and that's powerful, no matter what. :')
