So basically I was taking a walk when this car came to a stop sign ahead of me with some dude just sitting on the fucking hood of the car nonchalantly fucking around on his phone. Then they just... drove off like that. With the guy on the hood of the car! I swear, I wish my phone camera hadn’t been busted... I’d actually have proof for once that I’m not just a babbling maniac because I see absurd shit like this all the fucking time.
