It's time again to bring your wares to the bustling merchandise mercantile emporium that is the Charmed! Vending Hall! Vending runs from 8pm to midnight on Saturday, January 17th, 2026 and is open to almost anyone - until we run out of room, that is, so get your application in soon!

Here's what you need to know:

You can vend almost anything, double check with our Vending Coordinator, @linnybeenaughty , if you're not sure that what you have will be a good fit. (Spoiler alert, it's probably a good fit.) The "price" for vending is the donation of at least 1 item to our Volunteer Raffle prize pool.

Vendors do not have to attend the con in order to vend, but are still required to observe our Covid and Masking Policy, which you can read HERE.

Attendee vendors are not required to take advantage of the Vending Hall and are welcome to vend out of their room. They do, however, still need to fill out a vending application!

Vendors taking advantage of the Vending Hall must have someone running their table at all times. Please do not commit to taking a table and then leave it empty during vending hours! A very small number of short term tables will be available on a first-come, first-served basis; get your application in asap if you think you'll need one.

The Vending Hall will also have volunteers helping out to give table coverage if a vendor needs to step away for a moment!

The Vending Application deadline is November 29, 2025!
