Burberry Spring Summer 2025 Ready-to-Wear

As you watch the collection you can notice the metamorphosis of Daniel Lee, who is trying to very carefully sneak up on the Burberry era of Christopher Bailey. The collection had parkas with feathers combined with sequins dresses, short jackets, aviator jackets, jackets with maxi dresses, and double polo shirts. And yes, there were capes again which was a mix of outdoor and "evening".

The color pallet was natural colors, including blue-gray (there's a lot of blue next year) and color splashes of lilac and orange.

I also noticeed the extended belt on the hips , which is also often seen at 2025 shows.

Of course the famous Burberry trench coats were evident and flaunting down the runway.

I watched the JW Anderson SS’25 show. Well, I can tell that mini will be everywhere and everything this spring, and in any variations, shorts, skirts, dresses, long sweaters, bombers – take your pick. I liked that the collection combined minimalist silhouettes with crazy cuts. I can just see these patch dresses and “ballet tutus” in the street.
