Small rant under the cut - nothing major, just a moment of terror-fueled rage.
Fucking Orangemen and their fucking "parade" designed to intimidate every Catholic on this side of the city are out and about, and I swear, I never thought I would ever have to hear THAT song played by THOSE people up close ever again, and it is bringing up trauma I never realised I hadn't confronted.

After waiting for about nine months for a consultation with a specialist about a (painful) cyst on my ankle, I finally got a phone message last week to schedule a "teleconsultation". And then another one. And then another one today. But because I didn't return the call until this afternoon, they cancelled the appointment, and the doctor I was supposed to talk to doesn't have any other availabilities. So now I'm being put into the system to see if they can find another doctor for me.
So. Yeah.

I’m personally disappointed because my company-issued MacBook Pro, like so many IT-governed machines, won’t get that upgrade soon. We’re not even on MacOS Catalina. It could be 2022 before I can take advantage of a feature that would significantly improve my AirPod experience.
Oh hey, the Macs at The Wall Street Journal haven’t had bug fixes or security updates in two years.
