❄️ Winter Vegetable Bounty: Here is the plan: 1️⃣Stuff the pumpkins with sage, rosemary and @redmondrealsalt and bake them at 350F for 45 min. 2️⃣Shred the purple cabbage and grate in the turnip and beets from @tartfarms along with one gala apple. Combine all with apple cider vinegar, coriander and fennel seeds. Let the raw salad marinate until dinner! . ❤️This will serve to stretch our beet and turnip greens, lettuce and Swiss chard from the garden! . A simple way to make beautiful filling salads is to build them buffet style...always have extra veggies on hand to use! Take a couple scoops and toss it with the greens and you are all set!
