ie, can you force google to act as your ravelry search engine? Google [pattern_name]:ravelry or instead of name, general keywords? Maybe not ideal, but might return decent results. Worth a try =)

Ahhh. Sometimes when sites mobile optimize they don’t check all browsers/platforms w litmus and dint code to automatically push to the mobile. That def sucks about the search options though! Does ravelry allow google indexing even though its login only?
I'm not sure if that'll work--I've never tried it before. I don't really mind it if I'm looking for something general, but right now I've got some yarn that I'd like to find a project for, so I need to look for weight-specific sweater patterns... Maybe I'll try that indexing thing if the regular site is too bothersome. Thanks!
