Jason got me a therapy UV lamp and while I probably don't suffer from SAD, my mood's been low and just sitting in front of it for a while really does make me feel better. A lot of my anxiety fades and I feel energy again. This with finally getting some antidepressants (also bolstered by him helping me) I'm starting to feel human. Freaking superb you funky little husband.
